Meet Our Lead Pastor

Dr. Chris Isbell, Ph.D., D.Min. — Awakener of Kingdom Authority & Divine Identity

Under the leadership of Dr. Chris Isbell, our Lead Pastor, Family Worship Center (FWC) has become widely known for dynamic worship, revelatory teaching, and cultivating an atmosphere where faith thrives and miracles are commonplace. Pastor Chris carries a prophetic, scholarly, and passionately authentic voice uniquely positioned to speak into the heart of this generation. His heart is to raise up strong believers, restore families, and release people into their God-given purpose. His deep desire is to nurture strong believers, mend broken families, and empower individuals to step fully into their God-ordained destinies.

From the powerful moment at eight years old when Chris Isbell first experienced the undeniable, electric tug of heaven, his heart has burned for far more than traditional “church as usual.” Even as a child, Chris began experiencing profound spiritual encounters that shaped his unwavering commitment to pursue and impart authentic experiences of God’s transformative presence. For more than three decades, Dr. Isbell has blazed a distinct trail through religious norms and routines, passionately calling the spiritually hungry, the emotionally wounded, and the faith-weary into vibrant, life-changing encounters with the Father’s tangible presence and power.

His ministry stands as a beacon of Kingdom revelation and divine identity, marked by an unwavering dedication to the Father’s heart, apostolic authority, and prophetic insight. Whether teaching from the pulpit, leading worship, or engaging one-on-one, Dr. Chris Isbell consistently challenges and inspires others to rise above religious routine, discover their true identity in Christ, and walk confidently in their God-given authority.

Kingdom Authority Raised
• Chris’s preaching is not paint-by-numbers; it’s prophetic excavation unearthing hidden lies, dismantling systems of religion and culture, and igniting warriors to carry the fire of God’s throne room influence.
• His teaching pulses with rabbinical exegesis and layered typology, melding Old and New Testament revelation into present-day breakthroughs.
• He wields apostolic confrontation with Fathering grace—restoring leaders, churches, and cities into their God-given identity without guilt or gimmicks.

Supernatural Culture Cultivated
• From youth pastor to a Radio Ministry at IBN Radio to a television guest on  Atlanta-57 and TBN, Chris’s life has been a continuous “Yes!” to every assignment of the Spirit—from an author, song writer, worship leader and songwriter, to evangelist and senior pastor.
• His ministry span where signs, wonders, miracles and salvations routinely follow his sermons.
• He crafts entire services around the weight of the Word and the wind of the Spirit, refusing hype, manipulation, or hollow altar calls, but infuses change and demands a response from Heaven.
